The Role

As an FNMS Operational Consultant, you will focus on day-to-day optimisation of Flexera FNMS operations. You will lead data quality assurance, in-tool remediation, and reporting deliverables, ensuring ITAM processes run effectively and deliver measurable value.

Your role underpins the SaaS and Data Quality streams—working to ensure reliable data, sustainable processes, and client teams empowered to manage ITAM operations independently.

 

Consultant Capabilities

• Guide clients through operational improvements in Flexera.
• Train and support client ITAM teams to remediate and sustain data quality.
• Communicate data insights and remediation strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to align coverage and rollout with operational goals.
• Focus on measurable business outcomes through data accuracy and reporting.

 

Operational Responsibilities

• Manage in-tool data quality remediation, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain and improve key FNMS structures (devices, purchases, licences, contracts).
• Deliver KPI dashboards and operational reporting to support the Client's maturity goals.
• Support SaaS solution reviews and recommendations for consolidation/optimisation.
• Prepare rollout progress and coverage reports for milestone deliverables.

 

About You

• 7+ years' experience in ITAM operations with Flexera FNMS.
• Strong skills in data assurance, validation, and operational process improvement.
• Knowledge of Tier 1 vendor licensing implications for operational ITAM.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and training ability.
• Process-oriented, detail-driven, and able to deliver under milestone-based contracts.
