The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will operate at the interface between technical delivery and strategic decision-making. You'll lead business case development, requirement gathering, and value assurance—ensuring Flexera and SaaS capabilities are aligned with Client's digital transformation objectives.
You will play a key role in the SaaS and Future Tooling stream, producing robust business cases and supporting informed decision-making across senior stakeholders.
Consultant Capabilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on ITAM transformation strategy.
- Lead requirements definition for SaaS and FNMS-to-cloud solutions.
- Translate technical insights into compelling business cases and value narratives.
- Collaborate with ITSX consultants and client stakeholders to align outcomes with Client strategy.
- Drive consensus across operational, technical, and leadership groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead SaaS in-house solution reviews, documenting findings and opportunities.
- Develop draft and final business cases for FNMS to Cloud transition.
- Analyse and articulate cost, risk, and functional impacts of tooling options.
- Produce reports and recommendations to inform Client leadership decisions.
- Ensure milestone deliverables (business cases, reports) are aligned to measurable outcomes.
About You
- 8–12 years' experience as a Business Analyst in ITAM/IT transformation projects.
- Proven ability to build strategic business cases for tooling and cloud adoption.
- Strong understanding of SaaS optimisation and enterprise IT cost management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Able to balance detail with executive-level communication.
